The M-Bus IMP6000 level converter serves as an interface between energy meters with M-Bus
interfaces and a computer-based reading system. The IMP6000 converter can be connected via
RS232, USB, or Ethernet. Depending on the IMP6000 version, up to 250 devices with 1U
consumption (1.5 mA) can be connected to the M-Bus bus. Data from M-Bus devices can be read
using the standard commands SND_NKE and REQ_UD2, in accordance with EN 13757-3.
