Privacy Policy for App Store

1. Introduction

Our mobile application is designed to display pressure values measured by an external BLE sensor. The application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All data is processed exclusively locally on the user's device.

2. What Data the Application Processes

The application processes only technical data necessary for the operation of the BLE sensor. This data includes measured pressure values, flow rates through balancing valves, balancing valve data, and the BLE device identifier (UUID) used for pairing purposes. This data by itself does not serve to identify the user, is not associated with the user's identity, is not stored outside the device, and is not transmitted to any servers.

3. Bluetooth and Permissions

The application uses Bluetooth Low Energy solely to discover the sensor, establish a connection, and display current pressure values. The application does not use BLE for location determination, does not scan nearby devices for any purpose other than discovering supported sensors, and does not perform triangulation. The application does not collect any location data. Android may require the "Nearby devices" or "Bluetooth" permissions, but these permissions are used exclusively for connecting to the sensor.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

The application does not share any data with third parties, analytics services, advertising systems, or cloud services. The application does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect data.

5. Data Storage and Security

The application does not store any data outside the device, does not store data on a server, and does not perform backups outside the device. All communication between the application and the sensor takes place via BLE. If the device supports encryption, the communication is secured.

6. User Rights (GDPR)

Because the application does not process any personal data, data subject rights relating to the processing of personal data do not apply. The user may uninstall the application or disconnect the BLE device at any time. Doing so will remove all data stored by the application on the user's device.

7. Children

The application is suitable for all age groups. The application does not collect any information that would fall under COPPA or other child protection laws.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in the event of changes to the application's functionality or legal requirements. The current version will always be available within the application and in the application's App Store listing.
